Traditional Braces
Traditional braces use metal brackets and wires to create constant pressure and gently move your teeth into their correct position. Metal braces are usually the most cost-effective of all the dental braces options and are very effective. The brackets and wires are smaller and less noticeable than in the past, and are able to move teeth more quickly and with less discomfort.
Duration of Treatment
The duration of treatment varies but usually ranges from twelve to thirty months depending on what is being treated and how severe the issue is. If you diligently uses rubber bands and follow the doctor’s instructions then the process will take less time.
Cost of Traditional Braces
The cost of traditional braces is usually less than other comparative options. However the costs depends on the treatment time. At Associates of Dental Arts, we offer free orthodontic consultations so we can discuss the treatment options, costs and payment options in detail. We hope to hear from you.
